Daredevil fans, rejoice! You will get to hear about the Man Without Fear for the first time since 2003. In a few days, Marvel’s Daredevil will premiere on Netflix, much to the delight of Marvel fans who may want a bit of change after overexposure to Spiderman, X-Men, and the Avengers. The live-action television series is produced by Marvel Television in association with ABC Studios.

Thanks to the upcoming TV series reboot, fans can now see the darker stories of the Man Without Fear brought to life (through streaming, of course). This will give us a moment or two to reflect over the events surrounding the masked vigilante. Longtime fans will not fail to notice that the Daredevil is one super-busy superhero, and other observers can find something to link with to the current state of business.

Possibility of Daredevil Outsourcing

The man behind the mask, Matt Murdock, is a lawyer by day and the masked crime fighter Daredevil by night. During the day, he handles cases and manages a law firm with Foggy Nelson, his partner and best buddy. At nighttime, he dons his superhero persona to fight crime. But no matter how great Daredevil is at fighting crime, he seems to mess up with his daytime vocation, often a cause of friction between him and his partner. Operations still don’t go well, even with a secretary (Karen Page) on board, given that each character broods over emotional issues, insecurities, and obsession.

As a lawyer, the Daredevil should know that he can’t fully abandon his law practice and many people would need his legal services, but he can’t just let his partner run (or ruin) the whole show. So assuming that the whole saga takes place today present time, he might persuade his partner to outsource some of their stuff to BPO companies and adopt new business practices – while they each carry their emotional baggage.

Given his super busy superhero status, the Daredevil may need a virtual agent (VA) to look over a few back-office tasks, such as bookkeeping, filing of taxes, appointment setting, calls, and record-keeping. This will enable the law firm to operate smoothly while everyone’s preoccupied with personal issues.

If the Daredevil pays attention to today’s technological advances, he may even contract an outsourced web design and development team to create a good web presence. A superhero is still cool without a website or social media, but a lawyer isn’t without it, thought the masked vigilant.

If the Daredevil is smart and abled, he should not be giving in to mental stress, which puts him at odds with people, hampers his law career and affects his crusade. But a superhero isn’t super without going through some mental and emotional anguish. Other than being a superhero, he should be a super professional, being one of the few superheroes with a daytime vocation.

Even the Daredevil’s worst nemesis, the Kingpin, may consider the services of BPO companies as not to endanger his “legitimate” business and still keep a respectable public figure while at war with rival crime lords and yes, the Daredevil.
